We can control the tolerance in ±0.02mm by CNC machining, if you need more precise dimensions, grinding is needed. They widely used in heavy trucks, excavators and other hydraulic applications.

Carbon Steel: 1020, 1045 and etc.
Alloy Steel: 40Cr, 42CrMo, 20CrMo, 20CrMnTi and etc.
Powder Metallurgy: Copper Alloy with graphite, Stainless steel, Carbon Steel and etc.
