The Universal Joints can be the joints of two components for power Transmission and altering the angle at the same time. We devoted ourselves to lighting many years,covering most of Europe and the USA market.

There are many kinds of Universal Joints such as cross shaft universal joint, ball-cage universal joint and etc. They are assembled with bearings after hot-forging. The size and type of the Universal Joints we can produce cover most of our daily use. If you have something special, you can send us drawings, then we will advise.

The Universal Joints are the joint of different components in assembly. They widely used in Automotive application. The power transmission in cars or trucks mainly depends on the universal joint.

Material:
Carbon Steel: 1020, 1045 and etc.
Alloy Steel: 40Cr, 42CrMo and etc.
Stainless Steel: 201, 303, 304, 440C and etc.
Bearing Steel: Gr15, Cr14Mo4 and etc.

Zinc plating, passivated white, yellow, black and green.
Zinc-Nickel plating.

We can also provide special requirement according to customers.
We will confirm the delivery date when signing orders.
Shipped by Sea: FOB or CIF and etc.
We have our forwarder or we can cooperate with customers’ forwarder.
Shipped by Air: DAP or DDU door to door and etc.
We always use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and etc. If the weight is heavy, we will ship by our forwarder which will be cheaper.
